Refund & Cancellation Policy – UMA MAHESWARA ELECTRICALS

1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellations should be done within 7 days of placing the order.
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
- Return: Returns will be done within 7 days of delivery.
- Replacement: Replacements will be done within 7 days for damaged or defective products.
- Exchange: Exchanges will be done within 7 days.
- Transit damage must be reported immediately upon delivery with image/video proof.
3. Refund Policy
- If approved, the refund will be credited within 7 days to the original payment method.
- Refunds are initiated only after verification of the returned product.
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI (correct details must be provided by the customer).
4. Warranty & Usage
- Functional issues after usage fall under manufacturer warranty.
- Customer must contact the manufacturer service center for such issues.
- UMA MAHESWARA ELECTRICALS will assist to the best possible extent if issues remain unresolved.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or special-order products.
- Used or improperly handled items.
- Products damaged after delivery.
6. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
and standard payment gateway requirements.
