Refund & Cancellation Policy – UMA MAHESWARA ELECTRICALS

1. Order Cancellation

• Cancellations should be done within 7 days of placing the order.
• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

• Return: Returns will be done within 7 days of delivery.
• Replacement: Replacements will be done within 7 days for damaged or defective products.
• Exchange: Exchanges will be done within 7 days.
• Transit damage must be reported immediately upon delivery with image/video proof.

3. Refund Policy

• If approved, the refund will be credited within 7 days to the original payment method.
• Refunds are initiated only after verification of the returned product.
• For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI (correct details must be provided by the customer).

4. Warranty & Usage

• Functional issues after usage fall under manufacturer warranty.
• Customer must contact the manufacturer service center for such issues.
• UMA MAHESWARA ELECTRICALS will assist to the best possible extent if issues remain unresolved.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or special-order products.
• Used or improperly handled items.
• Products damaged after delivery.

6. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and standard payment gateway requirements.
